With the increase in life controlling influences such as crime, drug abuse, traumatic experiences, infidelity, sexual abuse terrorism, etc.; there exists an increasing need in our society to establish competent ministers and chaplains in the work place to help others through these difficult situations. Many people are already fulfilling some chaplain-like duties in their workplace. This program is designed to not only educate but to empower chaplains in the workplace to fulfill the ministry to which they have been called.

Corporations are getting away from employee assistance programs (EAP's) and are instituting chaplains into the workplace. The chaplaincy programs have been instituted with this in mind. Contact iifbc for dual credentialing.
